[FoCHAT] CHATNews: HUD OIG, Former ICF Subcontractor Fred Tombar, & Complaint Accepted for Investigation

Dear CHAT Members,
 
As previously described, I filed a 39-page complaint to the HUD Office of the Inspector General (OIG) with over 80 footnotes full of third-party documentation of violations of HUD rules by the Road Home Program.
 
It was submitted and accepted for an investigative audit by the HUD OIG last February.
