[FoCHAT] Additional Information for Public comments: LRA Housing Task Force Meeting Tomorrow

Dear Concerned Citizen,
Please note that public comments are usually restricted to 3 min and that you need to get a sign-in card from the seargent-at-arms to be able to make comments.
You do not have to be present at the beginning of the meeting to make comments.
Just get a card from the seargent-at-arms (ask who that is, near front or back of the room) whenever you arrive so that you can sign it and state that you want to make comments as well as the issue that you want to comment upon.
Comments have always been allowed on any issue relevant to the LRA Housing Task Force.

Any member of the public can make polite comments that are not just duplications of what has been said already at LRA meetings, like the one for tomorrow.
